Deep Tissue Massage
A massage of the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissues of the body. It's used to provide a more therapeutic effect by massaging all layers from superficial (closer to the skin) to deep (closer to the bone). It relaxes the muscles, rids them of built up metabolic waste, and helps release adhesions between muscles and connective tissues. It can also be useful in preventing scar tissue build up from injuries to muscles and connective tissues.

  

Aromatherapy Massage
A nurturing treatment using refined essential oils extracted from plants and flowers. Essential oils are very therapeutic and help to fortify the function of the internal organs, boost the body's defense system, and improve circulation. Aromatherapy is for the emotional body as well as for the physical body. This light massage induces relaxation and increases energy, while reducing the effects of stress and restoring balance to mind, body and spirit.

Swedish Massage
A therapeutic full body treatment designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and reduce stress. It's most traditional relaxing massage that aiding the body in cleansing itself of toxins. Swedish massage uses a system of long, gliding strokes, kneading and friction to improve circulation and relaxation.

   La Hot Stone Therapy
A treatment using smooth, polished Basalt Lava Stones are heated and incorporated into the massage for the ultimate in relaxation. Warm stone therapy goes beyond the physical benefits of a typical massage. It allows for a more balanced and centered state of well-being. Warm stones release muscles and joint tension, creating a deeper state of relaxation.

Reflexology
A wonderfully simple form of natural, complimentary, and holistic healing. It is the use of special techniques to break up and remove blockages in the body and restore proper circulation of blood to any given area. Client is fully clothed and relaxed on the massage table- some oil may be used.

   Table Top Thai Massage
(This treatment is traditionally done on the floor using a mat.  For the client’s convenient it is done on the table.)  Thai Massage is a great way to get your flexibility back!!!.  The Therapist will go through a series of table stretching with you to your maximum comfort level using his/her body weight.  Thai massage also involves peripheral stimulating, meaning it acts as an external stimulant to produce specific internal effects

Chair Massage
 A simple alternative to a full body massage, focusing on the back, arms, head, and neck area. (fully clothed/no oil) 10-minute minimum.
